Currently, the global competition is rapidly growing. The prerequisite to survive under these competitive conditions is always to lead in the market. Therefore, companies have to adapt the new systems, technique and the technology to themselves.
In order to meet the demands from the market, it integrates the work of everyone from top management to operators and suppliers. Multi-trained operator teams are employed at every stage of production, and the machines with a high flexibility and a high level of automation are used. On the other hand, responsibility is distributed down to the lowest levels of organizational structure of the company. This responsibility means that staff has a freedom of controlling its own work.
Our company is in operation under the conditions of TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Document which had been obtained in January 2004, beginning the works of ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality Management System which has a vision of the main system to provide the continuous improvement and the defect prevention that are both formed by the inclusion of special requirements, and aiming to be certified by the end of 2004, by enhancing the targets furthermore.
We have now large bodied end seaming machine from Germany and 150 mm CNC tube bending machine.As now we are producing for Mercedes Benz Aksaray plant, the silencer system for Axor trucks type 1840 and 3340.
Our investments continue very fast...
New tools in the pipe production section were completed at the end of 2003. With the introduction of the tools of 50 and 55, we had the possibility of manufacturing pipes with 16 different diameters. With regard to the investments of this year, hydraulic guillotine and seam welding machine have been replaced with the new ones.
