Every product manufactured, is measured and tested in three-dimensional measurement machine with coordinates sensitive to 0.001 mm.
Tool and fixture manufacturing and new product development studies are made in the design office with CAD/CAM systems. |

We have now large bodied end seaming machine from Germany and 150 mm CNC tube bending machine.As now we are producing for Mercedes Benz Aksaray plant, the silencer system for Axor trucks type 1840 and 3340.
Our investments continue very fast...
New tools in the pipe production section were completed at the end of 2003. With the introduction of the tools of 50 and 55, we had the possibility of manufacturing pipes with 16 different diameters. With regard to the investments of this year, hydraulic guillotine and seam welding machine have been replaced with the new ones.
Our company is in operation with the conditions of TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Document which had been obtained in January 2004, beginning the works of ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality Management System which has a vision of the main system to provide the continuous improvement and the defect prevention that are both formed by the inclusion of special requirements, and aiming to be certified by the end of 2004, by enhancing the targets furthermore.
